Key Responsibilities:Account Development Leadership & Growth● Lead and cultivate a team of Account Development Representatives dedicated to identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business and upsell opportunities.● Enhance adoption and expansion among existing customers through a customer-centric approach, utilizing insights analysis, proactive outreach, and customer engagement initiatives.● Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure robust pipeline creation and successful customer outcomes.● Identify opportunities within 'unassigned' accounts by leveraging insights about Ideal Customer Profiles through various tools and knowledge. Strategic & Operational Partnership● Serve as an operational partner to the Global Lead and Lower Enterprise leadership team.● Define and refine strategy, recognizing opportunities to pivot based on business insights.● Advise on key initiatives, ensuring cross-functional alignment to meet business objectives.

Role overview

The Senior Manager, Account Development leads the Account Development team for the Lower Enterprise segment, focusing on companies with $1b-$5b in revenue. This role centers on generating new business, driving account expansion, and increasing customer adoption of Dataiku's platform.

Combining team leadership with operational and strategic partnership, this position acts as both advisor and execution partner to the Global Lead and the broader leadership team.
