About Lawhive
Lawhive is on a mission to democratize access to legal services. The legal sector has long relied on outdated technology and processes, so Lawhive rebuilt the model using a proprietary AI operating system at its core. As a regulated law firm, Lawhive combines an AI-native platform with legal expertise to deliver stronger results for clients and attorneys alike.
Innovation sits at the heart of the company. Lawhive Labs brings together top engineering, design, AI, and legal talent from around the world to shape the future of legal practice.
Lawhive is backed by leading investors including Google Ventures, Balderton Capital, and TQ Ventures. In December 2024, the company closed a $40 million Series A round, one of the largest in Europe that year, to support international expansion and team growth. In 2025, Lawhive launched in the US, building on its London headquarters and continuing its rapid growth.
Recent milestone: Lawhive has raised $60 million in Series B funding, reaching a $685 million valuation. Read more here.
