The Team

Within our Human-Centered AI (HCAI) Division, TRI’s Carbon Neutrality Department is committed to developing artificial intelligence systems that facilitate behavior change aimed at reducing carbon emissions. Our approach involves designing innovative models of human behavior that intertwine behavioral science, Human-Computer Interaction, and cutting-edge machine learning techniques.

The Opportunity

We are in search of a Senior Machine Learning Research Scientist proficient in large-scale foundational model training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and benchmarking. This pivotal role exists at the intersection of generative machine learning and human behavior modeling. The ideal candidate will possess a robust research background, practical experimentation skills, and proven experience in developing and implementing foundational models. This position focuses on crafting models that accurately reflect human beliefs, preferences, and cognitive processes as they evolve over time.
