Your Role:
As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, optimizing, and scaling our AI systems that power the Sophea and Kiefer multi-product platform. This position requires a blend of hands-on ML engineering expertise and collaborative systems thinking. You will focus on production-grade ASR pipelines, enhancing Greek-language LLM performance, and developing cost-effective inference solutions while establishing technical benchmarks and elevating our ML practices organization-wide.
Your contributions will significantly enhance product performance, customer satisfaction, and our capacity to deploy AI solutions across various public and enterprise sectors in Greece and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and scale production-grade ASR and LLM pipelines, optimizing throughput, latency, and reliability while ensuring compliance with data sovereignty requirements.
Enhance model performance through dataset-centric optimizations, broadening Greek-language capabilities and domain-specific expertise.
Architect and implement scalable multi-agent AI systems to automate complex enterprise document analyses and decision-making processes.
Lead cost and performance optimization efforts for model inference, utilizing techniques like quantization, caching, and intelligent routing to lower costs.
Establish and maintain ML engineering standards, including evaluation frameworks, CI/CD practices, testing protocols, and mentorship initiatives within the ML team.
