We collaborate closely with other teams to optimize and integrate these systems into the Waymo Driver, while also conducting cutting-edge research to tackle real-world challenges. Our engineers leverage vast datasets from diverse sensors, allowing them to (1) devise methods for continuously learning from large-scale real-world data, (2) create scalable models and training processes, (3) analyze real-world behaviors to navigate complex interactions, and (4) optimize models for both onboard and offboard hardware.In this hybrid role, you will report to a Technical Lead Manager within the Semantics subgroup of our Perception organization.
