As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will spearhead intricate data projects, devise predictive models, and implement scalable machine learning solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and analytics, you will extract actionable insights that influence critical business strategies.
Your Impact
Lead the design, development, and deployment of innovative machine learning models.
Utilize large, complex datasets to derive valuable insights and construct predictive analytics pipelines.
Partner with data engineers to design and enhance cloud-based data solutions.
Convert business challenges into data-driven solutions using statistical modeling and machine learning methodologies.
Streamline data workflows and model deployment processes leveraging cloud services and CI/CD tools.
Guide junior data scientists and contribute to the establishment of best practices in model development.
Effectively communicate findings and strategic insights to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Desired Qualifications
Over 5 years of experience in data science or machine learning roles.
Expertise in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow) and SQL.
Solid foundation in statistics, A/B testing, and machine learning algorithms.
Proven experience in building and deploying models in production environments.
Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools (e.g., MLflow, SageMaker Pipelines, Airflow).
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with big data tools (Spark, EMR).
Familiarity with containerization (Docker, ECS, EKS) and serverless architecture.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
