Who We’re Looking For

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer in Delivery, you are a seasoned problem solver and technical leader focused on generating impactful solutions. You possess the ability to grasp complex engineering concepts across diverse industries, spearhead technical initiatives, and work directly with clients—often collaborating on-site—to integrate cutting-edge AI models into practical tools.

You have successfully delivered ML systems end-to-end and at scale: designing, building, and testing reliable, scalable ML data pipelines; you are adept at exploring and manipulating 3D point-cloud and mesh data to facilitate geometry-aware modeling; you select optimal libraries, frameworks, and tools, making practical product decisions that pave the way for Delivery's success. Operating at the intersection of data science and software engineering, you transform R&D and project outputs into reusable libraries, tools, and products.

With a minimum of 3 years of industry experience (post-Master's or PhD) in a commercial, non-research environment, you are prepared to not only execute but also lead and mentor others. You are passionate about taking ownership of intricate work streams and guiding teams towards success, while continuously enhancing the systems and solutions you engage with to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

This Role

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will collaborate closely with our Data Scientists, Simulation Engineers, and clients to comprehend and define the engineering and physics challenges we are addressing. You will engage with clients and leverage your influence to guide decisions around reliable deployment with tangible outcomes.
