Core focus areas include:Agentic Assist: Develop and enhance next-gen AI systems to support contact center agents in real-time. This requires a robust understanding of machine learning fundamentals, extensive experience with large language models (LLMs), modern prompting techniques, and a strong ability to translate cutting-edge research into scalable solutions. Agent & System Quality: Create evaluation frameworks to enhance the reliability and performance of LLM-powered agents. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues such as hallucinations and context drift, as well as defining measurable quality metrics for complex, non-deterministic systems. Insights: Design and scale LLM and retrieval-augmented generation pipelines grounded in enterprise data.
