POSITION SUMMARY
We are in search of a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to spearhead our initiatives aimed at enhancing the adoption and retention of EarnIn's core products. In this prominent role, you will collaborate closely with teams across product, marketing, analytics, and creative to conceptualize and implement data-driven marketing strategies utilizing owned channels such as email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging to optimize activation and retention metrics.
To thrive in this position, you must exhibit a strong performance-driven mindset, meticulous attention to detail, an entrepreneurial spirit, and an inquisitive nature.
This is a hybrid position, requiring you to work two days a week from our Mexico City office.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies across owned channels to drive product adoption and customer retention.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle campaign process from setup to quality assurance, deployment, and monitoring, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery across various channels.
- Act as the go-to expert for our marketing automation platform, managing journey builds, dynamic content/personalization, template frameworks, audience management, and channel orchestration.
- Leverage AI technology to enhance campaign operations, including generating copy variants, assisting with quality assurance, summarizing results, and automating repeatable workflows while upholding brand and compliance standards.
- Manage lifecycle reporting and performance analysis, constructing and maintaining dashboards, tracking trends, and providing actionable insights based on performance data.
- Ensure seamless execution at scale through disciplined intake processes, rigorous quality assurance, comprehensive documentation, and proactive monitoring—delivering accurate and timely launches with minimal errors and focusing on continuous improvement.
- Proactively identify and pursue new opportunities to enhance marketing effectiveness and customer engagement.
