Role overview
The Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Home Equity, leads lifecycle marketing for SoFi’s Home Equity products. This position works closely with Product, Creative, and Data Science teams to drive business growth by improving conversion rates throughout the customer journey. The role relies on member data to design and launch large-scale campaigns, always with an eye on measurable results. Success in this position requires strong cross-functional collaboration and the ability to navigate complexity in a changing financial sector.
Key responsibilities
- Build automated, multi-channel workflows using email, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS, tailored to member behavior and lifecycle stage.
- Advance campaign automation and personalization by applying performance data to shape both evergreen and ad-hoc marketing efforts.
- Manage an experimentation roadmap to maximize conversion and revenue, leveraging advanced testing tools.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Data, and Design to develop marketing strategies aligned with Home Equity business objectives.
- Partner with Marketing Tech Operations to support technical execution and encourage the use of AI-driven insights for deeper personalization.
- Create educational content and personalized communications to help members understand the lending process.
- Monitor market trends and develop reporting frameworks to share actionable insights across the company.
