POSITION SUMMARY
We are on the lookout for a proactive and results-oriented Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to spearhead our initiatives for driving adoption and retention of EarnIn’s core offerings. In this prominent role, you will collaborate closely with product teams, product marketing, analytics, and creative partners to design and implement data-driven marketing strategies utilizing owned channels (email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging) aimed at enhancing activation, retention, and winback metrics. To excel in this position, you must have a performance-driven mindset, exceptional attention to detail, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a natural curiosity.
This is primarily a hybrid role based in our Mexico City office, as part of our expanding network. Salary ranges are determined based on role, level, and location.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead lifecycle marketing growth strategies and execution across owned channels (email, SMS, push, in-app) to drive adoption and retention of EarnIn’s core products.
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle campaign operations (setup → QA → deployment → monitoring), ensuring high-quality, timely delivery across all channels.
- Act as a hands-on expert for our automation platform: journey builds, dynamic content/personalization logic, template frameworks, audience management, and channel orchestration.
- Leverage AI to enhance campaign operations: generate copy variants, assist with quality assurance, summarize results, and automate repeatable workflows while upholding brand and compliance standards.
- Oversee lifecycle reporting and performance readouts: develop and maintain dashboards, analyze trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Ensure flawless execution at scale through meticulous planning and management.
