Key ResponsibilitiesLead stakeholder discovery to gain an in-depth understanding of workflows, challenges, and role expectations. Convert business requirements into scalable, performance-enhancing learning solutions. Design and refine learning ecosystems that cater to both onboarding and continuous professional development. Perform gap analyses and create skills matrices to pinpoint and prioritize development opportunities. Develop high-quality learning materials, including learner guides, facilitator resources, assessments, and hands-on practice activities. Create diverse learning experiences across Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT), and self-paced eLearning modules. Ensure all content is practical, actionable, and closely aligned with real-world workflows. Implement learning frameworks to drive consistency, adoption, and long-term scalability. Utilize tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise 360 to produce engaging, reusable content. Leverage AI technologies (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Synthesia, Scribe) to expedite content creation and documentation processes. Continuously enhance programs based on data analysis, feedback, and performance metrics.
