What you need:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.7+ years of experience in system-level testing and automation for complex embedded or aerospace systems. Proficient programming skills in Python, C/C++, MATLAB/Simulink, or LabVIEW. Proven experience in automating Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) labs for safety-critical systems. Hands-on experience with simulation and testing platforms such as NI Veristand or dSpace.

What you will do:

  • Lead automation initiatives across multiple integrated test environments and hardware-in-the-loop platforms.
  • Define comprehensive test strategies and automation roadmaps that align with program milestones.
  • Design and maintain scalable automated test frameworks.
  • Create automated test sequences for flight controls, actuation systems, electric engines, and high voltage systems.
  • Integrate automated sequences within a real-time simulation environment.
  • Establish regression testing, automated reporting, and data analysis pipelines.
  • Incorporate CI/CD methodologies into testing processes.
