This crucial role involves overseeing the design, development, and implementation of advanced AI solutions across a variety of sectors, including computer vision, natural language processing (NLP), and predictive analytics. You will be responsible for architecting scalable AI systems, advocating for MLOps best practices, and mentoring a skilled team of engineers. This is a full-time position based in one of our key technology hubs: Mumbai, Rajkot, or Ahmedabad, reporting directly to the Head of Engineering / CTO.Key Responsibilities:AI Solution Development: Direct the entire lifecycle of AI solutions, from conception to deployment, focusing on computer vision, NLP, and predictive analytics.Innovate in use cases like image enhancement, document intelligence, entity extraction, and automated data validation.Utilize advanced deep learning techniques, transformer architectures, and foundation model fine-tuning for scalable real-world applications.Architect robust AI services, integrating them seamlessly via REST APIs and microservices.Investigate and assess emerging technologies in AI, including generative AI, multilingual AI, and biometric verification for potential applications.MLOps and AI Engineering:Develop and manage comprehensive CI/CD pipelines tailored for model training, deployment, and testing.Automate model monitoring, retraining workflows, and ensure traceability for models and datasets.Utilize MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Docker, and Kubernetes for effective production deployment and management of AI systems.NLP and Language Model Applications:Oversee the research, development, and proof-of-concept (PoC) projects for domain-specific language models.Implement cutting-edge transformer architectures for complex NLP tasks, including text summarization, semantic search, and question-answering (QA).Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) to derive insights from unstructured data sources.Strategically incorporate NLP modules into core business processes and real-time operational systems.Leadership in Engineering:Mentor and guide a team of proficient machine learning engineers and software developers, promoting their professional development.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and business stakeholders, to align AI initiatives with company objectives.
