Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Corporate Infrastructure & SystemsOversee a primarily Linux server environment alongside Windows systems and their supporting services. Administer and secure identity systems (e.g., Entra ID / SSO integrations). Manage and secure a predominantly Mac-based end-user computing (EUC) estate with some Windows devices. Implement strategies for high availability, backup, and disaster recovery of corporate systems. Maintain comprehensive infrastructure documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures. Network & ConnectivityDesign, configure, and manage enterprise networking (LAN, WAN, VPN). Manage firewalls and secure remote access solutions. Troubleshoot complex networking and connectivity issues. Ensure secure and reliable connectivity across both office and remote environments. Cloud & Hybrid EnvironmentSupport corporate cloud infrastructure (Azure / M365 and AWS). Manage identity, access, and secure configuration of cloud-based IT services. Facilitate secure integration between cloud and on-premise systems. Contribute to cloud cost optimization and operational efficiency. Security & Compliance AlignmentImplement infrastructure security best practices in collaboration with the Security team. Support vulnerability remediation and security hardening activities. Contribute to audit readiness by ensuring effective implementation of infrastructure controls. Maintain secure configuration baselines across corporate systems. Operational ExcellenceDrive improvements in infrastructure reliability, resilience, and uptime. Identify and implement enhancements for operational efficiency.

We are looking for a seasoned IT Infrastructure & Network Engineer to take ownership of enhancing Luminance’s corporate infrastructure. This includes responsibilities for networking, identity management, firewalls, and hybrid cloud services.
In this hands-on engineering role, you will focus on creating secure, reliable, and efficient enterprise IT systems that facilitate our internal operations. You will collaborate closely with the Security and Platform teams to ensure our infrastructure is robust, secure, and scalable.
