Role Overview: Senior IT Data Services Analyst

This San Diego-based role partners with IT Business Partners to define and document processes, requirements, and user documentation. The Senior Analyst works on a range of projects and collaborates with operational teams to identify training and communication needs that help users adopt new technologies and improve operational workflows.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work with Business and IT partners to define and document business processes and requirements, covering areas such as data flow, data storage, application usability, reporting, and analytics.
  • Support project management activities for technology implementations, following Acadia’s software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Create training materials, user guides, and knowledge resources to encourage adoption of new technologies.
  • Develop user acceptance testing (UAT) scripts and facilitate UAT sessions with business partners.
  • Define, coordinate, or execute system integration testing to ensure solutions meet requirements and standards.
  • Assist in resolving Tier 1 and 2 application or data issues for business partners, escalating to vendors when needed.
  • Act as the operational point of contact for existing systems and solutions, including hosting recurring meetings with business partners and vendors, tracking operational metrics, and delivering actionable insights.
