- You possess a solid grasp of product strategy, heuristic analysis, information architecture, user research, user interface design, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.

- You thrive in collaborative environments, working alongside researchers, developers, analysts, and fellow designers to create cohesive and impactful experiences.
- You have a demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision in a fast-paced and innovative setting.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating personas, customer journeys, wireframes, prototypes, as well as responsive web and mobile interface designs that adhere to best practices in usability and interaction design.
- Designing new and engaging digital experiences for web and mobile products, enhancing existing designs based on established design systems.
- Producing clear and concise presentations for clients and internal teams that effectively convey the rationale behind your designs and recommendations.
- Presenting design concepts and their rationale compellingly to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Consulting with clients and team members on the advantages of accessible design.
- Providing insightful and constructive feedback on designs, including interactions, information architecture, content, and alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Conducting and synthesizing user research to guide design decisions.
- Collaborating with developers to ensure design fidelity and accessibility standards are met.
- Researching and understanding design and technology trends, assessing their relevance to our solutions.
- Exploring and utilizing AI-powered design tools and workflows, remaining current with emerging technologies, and experimenting with new methods to foster creativity, efficiency, and impact.
