The Senior Inside Sales Consultant at A Place for Mom plays a key part in supporting families as they navigate senior living choices. This remote role, based on Eastern Time, centers on re-engaging families who have already begun working with A Place for Mom. The main focus is to guide these families through the final steps of their move-in process, offering steady support and clear information as they make important decisions.
What you will do
- Manage a pipeline of families who have previously been in contact, providing ongoing support as they consider move-in options.
- Reach out regularly by phone, text, and email to renew engagement and help families move forward.
- Assist families as they transition from touring communities to making final decisions, arranging extra visits or referrals when needed.
- Follow a structured schedule for follow-up to keep the pipeline active and prevent stagnation.
- Build trust quickly, assess family needs, and guide them toward suitable care solutions.
- Work closely with senior living communities and care providers to set up tours, gather feedback, and improve move-in rates.
- Maintain accurate and current CRM records that reflect pipeline status, next steps, and forecasts.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals and conversion targets.
- Take part in regular coaching, call reviews, and training to support ongoing growth.
