The Senior Human Resources Specialist is integral to the design, administration, and continual enhancement of Talent Management programs, systems, and tools that foster a culture of high performance. This position acts as a subject matter expert and proactive program owner for essential talent processes, including performance management, talent assessments, and Success Profiles.
This role requires close collaboration with HR and business leaders to guarantee that talent data, systems, and processes are precise and aligned with the dynamic needs of the organization. It combines process execution, system administration, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement to enhance the adoption and effectiveness of global Talent Management practices.
Talent Management Systems & Program Administration
- Oversee the configuration, administration, and ongoing optimization of the Talent Management system, including the complete setup of performance reviews, talent assessments, surveys, workflows, roles, and permissions.
- Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any system configuration and data quality issues.
- Support the continuous improvement of system-enabled talent processes to boost usability, data integrity, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Success Profiles & Role Architecture
- Maintain and regularly update Success Profiles to ensure that role expectations, competencies, and responsibilities are accurate and aligned with organizational priorities and job level frameworks.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to develop Success Profiles for new or evolving roles, including competency modeling and drafting responsibility statements, ensuring seamless system integration.
- Promote the consistent application of Success Profiles across all talent processes, including performance reviews, talent assessments, and succession planning discussions.
Talent Data and Insights
- Create and manage Talent Cards and relevant data for strategic talent discussions, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and readiness prior to significant talent reviews and leadership conversations.
- Analyze and interpret talent data to uncover trends, insights, and potential risks, producing clear and actionable reports.
- Translate talent data into insights that facilitate informed decision-making and support talent initiatives.
Training, Enablement & Communications
- Develop high-quality training and enablement resources, including job aids, slide decks, reference guides, and process documentation to support the adoption of Talent Management practices.
- Create and distribute consistent communication materials that enhance formal talent processes and facilitate large-scale training sessions to build understanding and engagement across HR and business audiences.
