THE JOB
At VEG, our people are our greatest asset, and we are seeking a Senior Manager of HRIS to help us build the systems that support them. In this role, you will oversee the development, implementation, and management of our Human Resource Information System (HRIS), collaborating with a talented team to ensure our data is accurate, secure, and highly functional. You will streamline workflows and unlock valuable insights, making life easier for every VEGgie. WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead and refine the HRIS strategy, owning the vision and roadmap for VEG's HR technology ecosystem, including Workday, ensuring alignment with business goals and continuous improvement through automation and workflow optimization.
- Oversee Workday configuration and enhancements, managing projects across core modules (HCM, Security, Compensation, Benefits, and Talent) from business requirements to deployment and user adoption.
- Ensure the integrity and performance of the HRIS by managing daily operations, maintaining data accuracy and security, and minimizing downtime through proactive maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Facilitate data-driven decision-making by delivering actionable people analytics through dashboards, reports, and insights that support strategic initiatives.
