This is an ideal position for an individual who:Has over 7 years of HR experience, preferably in fast-paced tech or SaaS environments. Possesses strong experience collaborating with Sales and/or Marketing leadership. Demonstrates a hands-on, pragmatic style with excellent judgment and interpersonal skills. Is proficient in managing employee relations and navigating complex workplace scenarios. Has a solid understanding of U. S. employment law and HR compliance, with a strong preference for expertise in New York regulations. Is familiar with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., ADP) and comprehends core payroll processes and controls. Holds a Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Position: Senior HR Business Partner – Sales & Marketing (NYC)

We are in search of a Senior HR Business Partner to play a vital role in our Sales & Marketing division in New York. This position collaborates closely with Sales and Marketing leaders to convert business strategies into effective organizational design, talent management, and team efficiency with a proactive, business-oriented approach.

The Senior HRBP will report to the VP of HR for Sales & Marketing, serving as the regional HR leader for the New York teams, overseeing employee relations, office engagement, and the overall employee experience in the area.

This role suits someone who thrives in a business environment, working alongside leaders to tackle real challenges and enhance team performance through practical HR partnerships.

Responsibilities also include operational duties such as ensuring compliance with U. S. employment laws, managing employee relations with sound judgment, and collaborating with Payroll and Finance to ensure accurate payroll processing. The HRBP will utilize systems such as ADP, maintain precise employee records, and support core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
