Our Boston office is actively seeking a Senior Healthcare Architect to join our dynamic Healthcare sector. We embrace a hybrid work model that provides flexibility between office presence and remote work.

Position Overview

As a vital member of our design team, you will oversee the technical development and design execution of various projects. Your role will involve coordinating all project documentation and delivery processes, ensuring that we meet high standards of quality while respecting project schedules and budgets.

You will work collaboratively with the Project Manager to safeguard the project's financial health, maintain document quality, mitigate risks, and foster effective communication within the team. Additionally, you will lead cross-functional design teams in delivering innovative technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate creative and technically robust solutions to design challenges while upholding our design excellence standards.
  • Coordinate project drawings, specifications, and documentation in alignment with design intent and budget constraints.
  • Foster collaboration within project teams to produce innovative design ideas and solutions.
  • Apply advanced architectural principles to complex projects requiring innovative techniques.
  • Integrate QA/QC procedures and best practices into project deliverables to address issues proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with BIM standards and collaborate closely with the Project Manager and BIM Manager.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior staff, promoting a collaborative learning atmosphere.
  • Adhere to project deliverable deadlines and manage team performance effectively.
