Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain production documentation, including harness routing guides, tie-off specifications, assembly instructions, and test procedures. Define, implement, and uphold harness routing standards, tie-off locations, and termination requirements for every robot produced. Manage process controls and inspection criteria to ensure every harness is consistently assembled, routed, and secured to specifications. Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and process engineering teams to validate harness fit, routing paths, and mechanical clearances on the production floor. Work closely with supply chain and contract manufacturers to qualify suppliers, enhance yield, reduce costs, and scale production capabilities. Support prototype builds, first article inspections, and manufacturing line setups through hands-on involvement. Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for harness-related defects observed during assembly, integration, or field operations. Drive initiatives for Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Serviceability (DFS) improvements.
