Qualifications
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct cell calibrations using FARO/Polyworks and RoboDK software. Act as the liaison between Deployment Engineering and Operations Manufacturing teams. Offer first-line troubleshooting and diagnostics for cells on the production floor prior to and during FAT/deployment. Examine PLC Code (Allen Bradley) during operations and cell bring-up. Assist the Technical Writing team by providing images and detailed information for documentation on bring-up processes. Lead the assembly and deployment of Path products. Engage in the assembly of mechanical and electrical systems. Perform light-duty fabrication of test parts (cutting, bending, drilling, welding). Address general facility requests and maintain a 5S environment. Your ProfileTechnical training, Trade School certification, Associate degree in Engineering Technology, or a BS in Engineering or related field. Hands-on experience in the assembly and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems. A minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial automation environment. Proficiency with FARO equipment (CMMs). Familiarity with PLC (Ladder Logic) code structures. A strong aptitude for troubleshooting and analytical thinking. Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability. A proven track record of effective documentation skills.
