We are on the lookout for a Staff Hardware System Validation Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in validating our autonomous hardware systems, including PCBA, modules, and integrated systems from the initial design phase through to ongoing engineering and field issue resolution.

In this role, you will:

  • Define, develop, and execute innovative test methodologies for the verification and validation of autonomous hardware systems and components.
  • Collaborate effectively with key cross-functional teams, including Hardware Systems, Safety, Testing, Firmware, and Electrical Engineering.
  • Conduct thorough requirements analysis, architecture studies, and system characterization to derive precise performance metrics.
  • Facilitate cross-functional reviews and build consensus on critical design validation decisions.
  • Lead sustaining engineering initiatives, including root cause analysis and corrective actions for any identified issues.
