ABOUT ROCKET LAB
Rocket Lab is a pioneering end-to-end space company that offers responsive launch services, comprehensive spacecraft design and manufacturing, payloads, satellite components, and more. Our mission is to democratize access to space, enabling groundbreaking scientific exploration, Earth observation, and initiatives addressing climate change and national security.
Our Electron rocket has rapidly become the second most frequently launched rocket in the U. S., successfully delivering over 230 satellites to orbit. We are also developing Neutron, our new medium-lift, reusable launch vehicle aimed at supporting larger constellation deployments. Our Space Systems division is at the forefront of designing and building a wide array of satellites and their components, including spacecraft selected for NASA's missions to the Moon and Mars, as well as components utilized on the James Webb Space Telescope.
SPACE SYSTEMS
At Rocket Lab, we are not merely launching rockets; we are building the future of space. Our Space Systems team is responsible for creating everything from complete spacecraft and precision payloads to the essential components that ensure their success in space, including solar panels, flight software, star trackers, optical systems, separation systems, radios, and more.
This team has facilitated over 1,700 missions, ranging from interplanetary exploration and in-space manufacturing to national security and defense projects. Collaborating with esteemed partners like NASA, the Space Development Agency, and the U. S. Space Force, our team develops high-performance spacecraft, constellations, and vertically integrated components that propel these ambitious missions.
