About the job

SKELAR is a Ukrainian venture builder committed to creating international tech companies under the principles of venture investments. Together with co-founders, we assemble strong teams to launch product-oriented IT businesses and succeed in global markets. Our portfolio includes over 10 successful B2C businesses featured in outlets like TechCrunch and Wired.
PawChamp is a global IT product that helps dog owners build harmonious relationships with their pets through training and expert support. In 2025, we were named “Product of the Day” on Product Hunt, achieved a 4.8 rating on the App Store, and expanded into 8+ global markets.
PawChamp is developing its own A-class MarTech infrastructure and is searching for a Senior Golang Engineer to be its technical cornerstone. Your primary focus will be on designing and building an internal funnel builder: a platform that allows marketers to configure quiz funnels and launch A/B tests and new markets independently from developers. Additionally, you will work on integrations with advertising platforms, analytical pipelines, and marketing process automation.
As the team is just being formed, you will have a significant influence on architecture, processes, and approaches from day one, with direct communication with stakeholders and no micromanagement.
Technology Stack:
Backend: Golang
Databases: PostgreSQL
Infrastructure: GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions
Your Responsibilities:
Design and build the funnel builder tool enabling internal teams to manage funnels without developer involvement;
Implement AI solutions for automating business and engineering processes;
Ensure production system reliability: monitoring, alerts, CI/CD, and test coverage;
Participate in architecture formation — your input will impact technical decisions from day one;
Collaborate closely with stakeholders and marketing teams, understanding the business context to find optimal technical solutions for real tasks.
