Your Responsibilities:
- Implement large-scale closed-loop simulations on cloud computing platforms.
- Create tools for effective analysis and visualization of results from large batch simulations.
- Establish and manage infrastructure to facilitate Model-Based Design for flight software and simulation models.
- Collaborate with Avionics engineers to define code interfaces for GNC software.
- Oversee and enhance the Continuous Integration system, including Model-In-Loop, Software-In-Loop, and Hardware-In-Loop testing.
- Develop tools for interfacing with data pipelines to process simulation and flight test data.
- Build internal capabilities for rapid data analysis from multiple flights.
- Develop infrastructure to support certification activities, including requirement traceability, automated testing activities, and documentation generation.
- Create and maintain AI tools (skills, Agents, workflows) to boost productivity.
- This position is remote-friendly, requiring approximately 10% travel as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency in building software tools (design, implementation, maintenance).
- Strong expertise in Python programming.
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration tools (e.g., TeamCity, Jenkins).
- Experience with Model-Based Design workflows, including code generation with Simulink.
- Familiarity with scalable computational infrastructure.
- Knowledge of AI workflows is a plus.
