The Role
Are you enthusiastic about building exceptional technology and fostering great teams? As we expand our world-class engineering team, Watershed is launching an office in Mexico City and is seeking foundational software engineers to join us. This role presents a unique opportunity to establish a new team and set the cultural tone for our office.
You will report directly to the founding Engineering Manager in CDMX and collaborate with engineering leadership and Watershed’s co-founders to ensure the new team’s success in Mexico City. Our established engineering teams in San Francisco, New York City, and London are already thriving.
Your Responsibilities:
Join a dedicated team of 4-8 engineers who will take ownership of our Supply Chain product module.
Work closely with the Engineering Manager, Technical Lead, Product Manager, and Designer to drive the product and architecture vision of the team.
Set a standard by writing high-performance, well-crafted, tested, and maintainable code across our technical stack.
Promote a culture of technical excellence and efficient execution within your team.
