The Role:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Full Stack Developer to join us full-time. Please note that this is an in-person role located in New York, NY. If you are looking for remote or hybrid opportunities, this position may not be the right fit for you.
What You'll Do:
- You will begin your journey as a Full Stack Software Engineer at Zealthy, joining a team of five full-time engineers. You will work closely with the Founder/CEO, who oversees product development. Your initial focus will be on iterating our early product build to ensure it’s primed for scaling and enhancing access to high-quality healthcare.
- Participate in daily standup meetings, weekly sprint discussions (or a more fluid Kanban process), and hold yourself accountable to an ambitious product development roadmap.
- Being an early-stage startup, you will often wear multiple hats, engaging in both front-end and back-end development, and possibly taking part in or leading system architecture or DevOps decision-making.
- As the organization grows, there will be opportunities for you to step into a leadership role, should your performance be strong and you express a desire to lead. This will be an ongoing conversation as you integrate into the team.
