The Role
Are you an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer eager to contribute to building groundbreaking products at a purpose-driven organization? Do you excel at crafting consumer-friendly experiences and flourish in a startup environment with high autonomy?
We are seeking a driven Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team at Propel. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in developing new Medicare and Medicaid products from the ground up. You will engage in end-to-end development across both frontend and backend systems, creating user experiences that empower individuals to understand coverage options, identify savings opportunities, and enroll in healthcare plans.
Your collaboration with product and design teams will be key as you help shape the technical architecture, internal tools, and scalable integrations with healthcare and government systems.
AEP Schedule Note: Please note that this position experiences an increase in workload from September to early December during the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period (AEP). During this time, flexibility in work schedules may be limited, and there will be a heightened urgency to support launches and maintain system reliability. Outside of AEP, our team enjoys significantly more flexibility.
