About the Role:
The QM & Coaching Team at Cresta is essential to our post-call intelligence suite. Our primary objective is to leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and cutting-edge AI methodologies to convert conversations into actionable insights, enhancing agent performance reviews and coaching. We develop systems that analyze agent behaviors in-depth, providing structured feedback on performance and identifying key improvement areas. Through AI-enhanced exploration and interactive workflows, we empower organizations to make data-driven decisions and elevate the customer experience.
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will be instrumental in building and scaling our no-code platform, which enables non-technical users to configure conversation workflows and automate processes without coding. You will work across the entire technology stack—from crafting intuitive user interfaces to developing robust backend services—allowing customers to rapidly and flexibly derive value from their conversations.
You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and AI/ML teams to transform complex requirements into seamless and high-performing product experiences. Additionally, you will help shape the future architecture of our no-code platform, ensuring its scalability alongside our products and customer growth.
