Collaborate with our Product Manager to refine specifications, evaluate feasibility, and identify architectural concerns before they escalate.Take ownership of your code in production. Manage deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting performance issues, and maintaining the systems you create.Work asynchronously across time zones. Engage daily with our engineering team in Shanghai, contributing to a shared data infrastructure and our unified codebase.Participate in the EU-based on-call rotation to uphold system reliability.Influence our engineering culture through comprehensive code reviews, documentation, and sharing best practices with the team.Shape our roadmap by providing valuable technical insights on our strategic direction.
