Lead the design and architecture of new, large-scale features, ensuring that solutions are robust, scalable, and maintainable. Steer efforts in estimation for sprints and product roadmap deliverables. Champion ongoing improvements in our software delivery processes and practices. Mentor and coach team members, identifying growth and career development opportunities. Shape the future of our engineering team by actively participating in recruitment. Provide technical and process guidance. Enhance coding standards and best practices through rigorous code reviews in a collaborative environment. Continuously refine our existing tools and products to maintain a technological edge. As we operate globally, fluency in English is required for this position.

The Invoicing team at Lightspeed Commerce Inc. forms part of the Financial Services division. The Senior Full Stack Developer (Go & React) will work on Lightspeed’s core financial products. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining important features, updating and improving the codebase, adding new capabilities, resolving bugs, and contributing to architectural improvements. The team values practical technical skills and a collaborative mindset for evolving both tools and processes.

This position also involves supporting production operations, including participation in on-call rotations and handling related operational tasks as required.
