About the Role:The Platform Frontend team is dedicated to developing and maintaining a robust platform that underpins all frontend development initiatives. This team manages critical domains including architecture, design patterns, frameworks, libraries, UI components, development environments, tools, and deployment procedures. They also ensure that performance, security, and best practices are consistently upheld. By structuring the frontend landscape into product-driven and engineering-driven components, the Frontend Platform team fosters clear ownership, effective collaboration, and the delivery of high-quality, inclusive frontend solutions that cater to Cresta’s diverse business requirements. Responsibilities:Contribute significantly to the platform frontend engineering team. Collaborate with Cresta product and engineering teams to build and enhance the Cresta platform based on emerging product requirements. Maintain close communication with customers to understand their needs, analyze technical trade-offs, and take ownership of customer-facing deliverables. Create high-quality, well-designed, reusable, and thoroughly tested system components while contributing to overall system architecture. Continuously identify opportunities for product improvement and generate innovative ideas. Demonstrate a commitment to best practices in frontend development.
