Qualifications
Qualifications:8+ years of hands-on experience in building, integrating, and supporting FPGA-based solutions. Strong practical experience in high-speed FPGA design implementation using Verilog/SystemVerilog. Proven track record of delivering complex designs on Xilinx (Vivado, recent device families) or Intel (Quartus, Agilex) platforms. Familiarity with asynchronous clock domains and high-speed serial interfaces in real-world applications. Experience in lab environments for hardware bring-up, issue diagnosis, and system-level debugging. Practical knowledge of industry-standard interfaces such as Ethernet, PCIe, DDR, SPI, I2C, USB, AMBA, and related high-speed or wireless technologies (e.g., LTE, 5G, O-RAN). Experience in supporting verification efforts, testing, or automation through scripting is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to take ownership, work independently, and effectively contribute within a team. Proficient scripting skills to support development, testing, or debugging workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
- Transform high-level requirements into tangible, functional hardware solutions.
- Implement RTL logic primarily using Verilog/SystemVerilog, driving it through simulation, synthesis, and timing closure.
