About the Role
As the Senior FP&A Manager, you will report directly to the Senior Director of FP&A. In this strategic finance role, you will partner with the R&D and COGS teams to ensure that our financial models, forecasts, and reporting mechanisms align with Handshake’s swift expansion across Careers and Handshake AI. This high-visibility position will involve working closely with executives to inform investment strategies, enhance forecasting accuracy, and instill financial discipline throughout the organization. Your contributions will be pivotal in determining capital allocation, margin management, and long-term growth planning.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead FP&A collaboration for R&D and COGS, delivering precise forecasts and actionable insights to support executive decisions.
Oversee COGS forecasting and classification, ensuring accurate representation of gross margin and P&L.
Develop a cost allocation methodology between Careers and Handshake AI for transparent margin reporting and scalable financial controls.
Enhance 3-statement long-range planning models (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) to improve capital planning and long-term scenario accuracy.
Collaborate with Accounting to refine month-end, roll-forward, cash, OIE, and collections forecasting, increasing reporting accuracy and predictability.
