Key ResponsibilitiesLead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for designated production facilities within the manufacturing plant, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Act as the senior financial advisor to directors and plant leadership, providing strategic insights to achieve financial and headcount targets. Oversee and critically assess financial forecasts throughout the year, proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and strategies for mitigation. Manage and enhance the month-end closing processes, ensuring precision, timeliness, and adherence to corporate standards. Promote continuous improvement initiatives across finance systems, tools, and processes to boost efficiency and data quality. Establish and sustain robust cross-functional partnerships across divisions, fostering collaboration and alignment on financial goals. Conduct thorough variance analysis on key financial metrics, delivering actionable insights to senior management.
