The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to closely collaborate with Business Unit leaders in driving financial planning, reporting, and decision support, with direct accountability for standalone P&Ls. This prominent role will guide resource allocation, expense management, and investment prioritization across both short-term planning cycles and long-term strategies. You will convert complex financial data into clear, actionable insights, aiding leaders in understanding performance drivers, evaluating trade-offs, and making informed, mission-aligned decisions. As a trusted financial partner, you'll enable teams to operate with transparency and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Business Unit leadership to align financial strategies with business objectives, overseeing standalone P&Ls.
- Facilitate alignment on KPIs and critical metrics to track business performance, promote growth initiatives, and enhance visibility into operational performance.
- Develop and maintain scalable financial models to assist in scenario planning, capacity modeling, pricing analysis, and investment prioritization.
- Work cross-functionally with various teams, functions, and markets to ensure financial integrity behind strategic initiatives.
- Engage with FP&A teams to refine and operationalize processes related to headcount planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
- Conduct ad hoc financial analyses, scenario planning, and opportunity assessments to support strategic initiatives.
