Overview: Join our dynamic team at International Automotive Components as a Senior Financial Analyst. In this pivotal role, you will drive the financial strategy and provide critical insights that shape our company's future.

  • Develop, implement, and oversee robust data collection and analysis systems that encompass key financial metrics such as revenues, expenses, costs, investments, cash flow, and profitability.
  • Engage in the company's strategic planning initiatives, contributing valuable financial insights.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of profit and loss statements, preparing detailed reports and actionable recommendations while generating forecasts and identifying trends in sales, finance, and various business areas.
  • Research economic trends to support the organization’s financial strategies and planning.
  • Perform comprehensive economic research examining rates of return, depreciation, and investment opportunities.
  • Construct advanced financial models to guide future business decisions.
  • Assist in the month-end closing processes to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data for analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with the accounting department in the preparation of financial statements, particularly focusing on cash flow statements.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations for the executive leadership team, effectively communicating financial insights.

Position-Specific Responsibilities:

  • Assist the SG&A and operations teams by providing detailed business case analyses.
  • Facilitate regional forecasting and budgeting consolidation efforts.
  • Support the capital approval process at the corporate level for regional initiatives.
  • Provide insights into financial statement forecasting, including Balance Sheet and Cash Flow analyses.
  • Collaborate with a small team to lead ad hoc analyses as needed.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting is mandatory.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience is required.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficient in reading, understanding, and analyzing core financial documents including Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements.
  • Knowledgeable in calculating EBITDA and Free Cash Flow (FCF).
  • Adept at building relationships with regional leads, finance teams, and plant leadership.
  • Exceptional skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
