Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or a professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA). Minimum 5 to 7 years of pertinent finance or accounting experience, preferably as a General Ledger Accountant or Senior Account Executive. Familiarity with Microsoft Business Central is a plus. Proficient in IT and well-versed in Microsoft Office products. Meticulous, organized, and capable of meeting strict reporting deadlines. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Autism Resource Centre (Singapore) (ARC(S)) is a dedicated non-profit charity organization committed to supporting individuals on the autism spectrum throughout their lives. Located in Singapore, ARC(S) provides a comprehensive array of services and resources tailored to address the evolving needs and concerns of the autism community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee monthly and yearly closing activities, including Fixed Assets and General Ledger journal entries, ensuring accurate and timely account closures.
  • Prepare and review Balance Sheet schedules.
  • Generate monthly financial and funds reports along with related analyses.
  • Offer support to internal stakeholders for finance-related inquiries.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to aid management decision-making and financial planning.
  • Manage tax reporting and compliance, including GST and WHT.
  • Serve as the primary contact for auditors, facilitating audit-related activities, preparing schedules, coordinating audit planning, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Contribute to process improvements and system implementations as necessary.
  • Execute ad-hoc tasks and project duties as assigned.
