This role is an excellent fit for an individual who:Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or possesses equivalent experience). Has over 3 years of relevant experience in field marketing, events, or demand generation within a B2B or SaaS context. Is proficient in Mandarin and English (due to the focus on the Greater China region). Demonstrates a proven ability to execute regional events and local campaigns from conception to completion. Exhibits strong communication, project management, and vendor management capabilities. Is highly organized, adaptable, and adept at managing budgets and competing priorities. Is proficient with CRM and marketing tools.

We are seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager located in Singapore, who possesses extensive experience in marketing and events. The ideal candidate will be creative, organized, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about collaborating with the Sales team daily. You will need a proactive approach and the ability to devise inventive marketing strategies that significantly enhance pipeline results.

Reporting to the Global Field Marketing Director, you will become an integral member of our high-performing Revenue Marketing team dedicated to amplifying our brand and accelerating our growth.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Building and implementing regional marketing programs designed to enhance brand recognition, generate leads, and create pipelines.
  • Managing regional events from inception to completion, addressing planning, logistics, vendor coordination, onsite execution, lead capture, and ROI assessment.
  • Supporting GTM teams by compiling and presenting campaign and event performance insights.
  • Optimizing regional marketing expenditure to maximize ROI across all initiatives.
  • Ensuring timely, budget-compliant launches of all field campaigns in alignment with our global marketing strategy.
  • Overseeing daily operations, budgets, vendor relationships, and purchase orders to guarantee smooth execution.
  • Leading customer marketing initiatives such as case studies, testimonials, and video content.
