About Us
Who We Are Looking For
As a Senior FEA Engineer (Delivery), you will be a problem-solver and innovator, passionate about developing practical solutions that empower our clients to enhance their engineering decisions. You will possess the ability to understand and apply advanced engineering concepts across various industries, excelling in direct collaboration with customers (often on-site) to construct CAE models integrated into AI tools that are not only functional but widely utilized.
Your deep expertise in structural mechanics, materials science, and multi-physics modeling will be complemented by a strong capability to apply fundamental knowledge to real-world engineering challenges. You will be highly proficient in at least one of the following: NASTRAN, ABAQUS, or ANSYS Mechanical, and skilled at automating these tools to create scalable optimization workflows that yield significant results. Familiarity with open-source FEA packages such as CalculiX or FEniCS is a notable advantage. Proficiency in parametric CAD modeling (NX or CATIA) and coding in Python (or a quick ability to learn programming languages) is also beneficial. Experience with explicit dynamics (LS-DYNA, Abaqus/Explicit) for crash simulations is highly regarded. A background in coupled simulations such as thermo-mechanical analysis and fluid-structure interaction modeling is also desirable.
With 3-5 years of industry experience (post Master’s or PhD) in a commercial setting, you will be ready to make an immediate impact. You will be confident in independently setting up FEA simulations, interpreting complex results with depth, and making informed decisions grounded in solid engineering judgment.
This Role
In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, and clients to understand and define the engineering challenges we aim to address.
You will be instrumental in delivering high-fidelity simulations by:
- Independently constructing complex structural and multi-physics models.
