SPACE SYSTEMS

At Rocket Lab, we aren’t just launching rockets; we’re shaping the future of space exploration. Our Space Systems team is responsible for creating everything from complete spacecraft and precision payloads to the subsystems that enable them to perform in space, such as solar panels, flight software, star trackers, optical systems, separation systems, radios, and more.

This team has facilitated over 1,700 missions, encompassing interplanetary exploration, in-space manufacturing, and national security efforts. We have developed spacecraft, payloads, and components for missions to the Moon and Mars in collaboration with partners like NASA, the Space Development Agency, and the U. S. Space Force. Whether it’s a singular high-performance spacecraft, a constellation, or the integrated components that propel them into space, our world-class Space Systems team is driving some of the most daring and ambitious space missions.

SENIOR FACILITIES TECHNICIAN

Join Rocket Lab's Optical Systems division, where we address mission-critical challenges in the space domain and Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) for Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) clients.
