Your Opportunity:
As a Senior Experience Designer, you will be a key contributor, conceptualizing, creating, and delivering visually impactful and functionally rich digital solutions for some of the world’s most recognized brands.
Your role will involve transforming research into elegant, accessible designs while collaborating closely with product, data, and engineering teams. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior designers, contributing to their professional growth. With over 8 years of experience, a growth mindset, and a passion for making a lasting impact, you will thrive in this role.
Success in this position requires a digital native who excels in delivering aesthetic design within digital transformation initiatives. Your portfolio should demonstrate your capability in developing complex, scalable digital solutions across web, mobile, and connected experiences.
Experience in a similar environment, such as a Digital Transformation Consultancy or Digital Agency, is essential, particularly in delivering solutions that seamlessly blend creative design with technical expertise and data/AI capabilities.
Your Responsibilities:
- Utilize your extensive experience in design thinking methodologies (e.g., Double Diamond).
- Frame challenges, explore solutions, and deliver high-quality user experiences.
- Leverage modern tools (e.g., AI) to synthesize research and conceptualize responsibly.
- Integrate accessibility and inclusivity into all design decisions from the start.
- Develop meaningful information architecture, customer journeys, and user flows aligned with business objectives.
- Excel in crafting customer interactions and motion design.
- Transform insights into actionable outcomes: prototype, test, and iterate with clear business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Strategy, Product, and Data.
