The Senior Executive in Group Human Resources plays a pivotal role in assisting the Senior Manager by facilitating a comprehensive range of HR functions. This includes managing compensation & benefits, fostering employee engagement, spearheading talent management initiatives, overseeing learning and development, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the HR team and internal stakeholders to align HR initiatives with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, encompassing job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Engage with hiring managers to assess workforce needs and devise effective hiring strategies.
- Oversee the Management Associate Program aimed at grooming high-potential graduates for future leadership positions.
- Facilitate recruitment campaigns, including campus presentations, assessments, and interviews.
- Enhance the company’s internship program by partnering with universities and educational institutions to attract top-quality interns.
- Manage the complete internship lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance tracking, engagement activities, and exit feedback.
- Administer training applications and evaluate post-training outcomes.
- Update and maintain training records, learning dashboards, and documentation for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Coordinate CSR initiatives and employee engagement activities, including conducting surveys and organizing bi-weekly sports events.
- Assist in payroll administration and benefits management, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of employee compensation.
- Support the annual group-wide insurance renewal process.
- Contribute to the annual budgeting and salary review processes.
- Facilitate the annual employee pulse survey.
- Advise internal stakeholders on performance management processes and ensure the timely completion of performance evaluations.
- Maintain accurate HR records in the HRIS and generate HR metrics and reports, including turnover rates and leave accruals.
- Ensure that HR policies and procedures comply with local labor laws and regulations.
- Liaise with auditors and support audit-related HR documentation.
- Act as a resource for employee concerns and handle employee relations incidents with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Provide operational support and backup in the absence of other HR team members.
