Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the immediate digital product roadmap for McLaren.com/Racing and the McLaren App. Identify and implement incremental improvements aligned with our strategic objectives of Growth, Engagement, Monetisation, and Retention. Serve as the primary contact for digital agencies and platform vendors. Supervise the performance and optimization of our CMS, video player, fan engagement tools, SSO, API feeds, and internal asset libraries. Analyze user behavior, platform performance, and conversion metrics to uncover opportunities for UX and content enhancements. Convert insights into actionable recommendations for platform improvements. Ensure analytics tracking, tagging, and reporting frameworks are precise and aligned with business KPIs. Facilitate the integration of partner requirements and commercial functions across digital products.

Role Overview:

The Senior Executive, Digital Product is essential in creating outstanding digital experiences on our platforms, including the McLaren Racing website and mobile app. This role spans across various sectors including Formula 1, IndyCar, WEC, Gaming, and more, ensuring our digital offerings align with our strategic goals of Growth, Engagement, Monetisation, and Retention.

You will take charge of the daily product roadmap and performance enhancement of our platforms, collaborating with both internal teams and external agency partners to provide a robust, scalable, and high-quality digital experience.

Additionally, this position is integral to the race weekend publishing team, partnering with content creators to deliver real-time updates to millions of fans globally.
