We are currently looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Executive to spearhead digital automation initiatives across various business functions in Singapore. This role is pivotal in streamlining internal workflows, minimizing manual tasks, and boosting operational efficiency through the strategic design, implementation, and maintenance of automation tools and processes.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, Sales, Credit, Collections, Client Experience, and Operations—to develop scalable solutions that enhance productivity and data visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Automation & Workflow Implementation:
- Design, build, and optimize workflow automations utilizing tools like Activepieces, SendGrid, HubSpot, Jira, and other low/no-code platforms.
- Identify repetitive tasks and propose scalable automation solutions to enhance process efficiency.
- Lead automation projects for product workflows (e.g., Start-up Financing onboarding and renewal processes) ensuring seamless integration and accurate reporting.
- Develop and maintain CRM dashboards and performance tracking tools for improved visibility of business metrics.
Project Support:
- Collaborate with cross-functional SG teams on both ad-hoc and strategic automation initiatives.
- Provide technical and operational support for new digital tools, workflow enhancements, and system rollouts.
- Document workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user guides to facilitate change management.
System Maintenance & File Management:
- Maintain and enhance existing automation flows to ensure reliability, scalability, and compliance.
