Role Overview: Solution Architect II As a Solution Architect II on Zuora’s professional services team, design and architect solutions that help clients succeed with Zuora’s platform. This role combines technical expertise and consulting skills. Lead client engagements, gather and document business requirements, configure Zuora’s products to fit those needs, and guide clients through successful implementations. Spot risks early and develop strategies to address them. Strong communication and the ability to simplify complex technology are essential, as is an aptitude for integrating components into practical solutions. This position is remote, based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Occasional in-person collaboration may be required for team meetings, events, or offsites. Those near the office may choose to work onsite more often.
