Role Overview and Responsibilities:
Ensono's Enterprise Solution Architects are multi-disciplinary technical architects who integrate solutions across various towers. This pre-sales position involves collaboration with Sales, Consulting, and Client Success teams to provide outstanding service to our clients. They engage with both business and technical teams of clients and Ensono's internal departments to devise winning solutions. Enterprise Architects must excel at building relationships with senior management and executives, ensuring client satisfaction. Throughout the engagement process—from initial discovery to solution deployment—Enterprise Architects lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams. They also oversee the transition of solutions to internal delivery and operations teams, maintaining ownership of the overall technical solution.
